Often bought food at intervals and regretted it almost every time ... burgers cold ... salad old and brown ... service rude and constantly changing ... by far the worst Burgeking I know ...

The food is delicious, but if the waitress thinks to call us complete idiots, just because the speech is so indistinct and we did not understand it, it is pretty low-level. Maybe you should look for another job.

After ordering with special requests, I received a burger without additional tomatoes and lettuce ... but it was fixed immediately: great!

I've often overlooked it, not today! 10 km home, at home found that again what is missing .. 10 km back, 15 minutes in the queue to the drive in. I took the food there, wanted to have something new so that my family and I can eat warm and everything we paid for together .. Als First I was told that it was my own fault, I could have looked straight away. The second I was asked why it took me 30 minutes to do this. When I answered both questions in a very friendly manner, 1 because the man at the counter assured me that I didn't have to look .. Everything was there. 2: Because I drove 10 km home, drove 10 km back and stood in this queue for the second time today for 15 minutes. Slowly the staff got offensive .. Man (woman) still tried to correct the mistake with me looking .. There wouldn't be any new food in warm, after all, I could have left the food at home and kept myself and my family warm. There is no money back either, it's my own fault that I didn't look and it is implausibly long Took until I was back at the BK. The explanation that there is a lot going on today and that I have been standing in the queue for about 15 minutes and that my meal for 40 euros has now completely cooled down did not interest the young lady. Conclusion for HEF: I wish you an internal test! What happened today has nothing to do with service, customer friendliness and customer satisfaction !! 📌The manager: if it happens 10 times in the hour that food is not packed for 5 euros, in a 12 hour day, then you have a nice daily extra income. Maybe you should hire someone who knows a little about quality managementman All in all: BK yes, but in Kirchheim!

Goos service during Covid19

The food was very tasty, what I also really liked was the handling of the Covid 19 virus. All in all very nice, however, the service could be a little faster or the preparation.

What is strange - delicious, and very fast, which is not surprising. When there is no opportunity to cook, and everywhere it is closed, this will do too. I recommend the King Burger, it tastes like a kebab with a smoky flavor.

Officially, orders can only be placed at the machine. Order finally entered after 20 minutes. Then we waited another 20 minutes until we got the order. And that in the evening at 11 p.m. when nothing is going on

Quickly received my food and my coffee. Restaurant was clean and tidy. The only thing I missed was a clearing truck outside. Probably nobody expected that you would go out at 12 degrees. But I wasn't the only one ... Recommended as a break in the immediate vicinity of the motorway.

Relatively new burger ring. Inside & outside also very clean. The staff until now always friendly. Food as in every Burgerking standard, nothing special but in my opinion the best large fast food chain. Unfortunately, there are not many parking spaces, but if necessary you can also park at the truck stop across the street. Usually the parking spaces are sufficient. If you want to place larger orders, you should definitely use the coupons from the app, as these are accepted here.

Worst Burger King around. The food is cold, the staff do not speak German and are unfriendly. There are exceptions when I eat out in Kirchheim, everything is fresh and tasty. To be honest, I now prefer to go to the competition

Unfortunately the food was not warm despite the empty restaurant and long waiting time. A drink and sauces were missing. What we got without any problems. Unfortunately, the staff is absolutely not motivated. The friendliness left a lot to be desired. It's a shame, actually

Today we wanted to pick up a large order (7 people) for the department. Unfortunately the fries were missing from all 4 menus, which we only noticed back in the office. Then we drove there again through the whole city to get them afterwards, because you could show on the basis of the receipt that all "dishes" were checked, except for the fries. On site (again in the drive in), however, the employee complained that it couldn't be, she was 100% sure that she would have handed it over and did not want to give it to us, saying that we would order it who want to cheat on fries. (As if driving through the whole of Bad Hersfeld to cheat someone for 4 fries) Another nice employee intervened and gave them to us afterwards and apologized, but said employee was still very rude and offensive. She needs a set of hot ears.

Nööööö .... not again with this line-up. I was there on Saturday, August 22nd, 2020 at 6 p.m. From my order, the hamburger was a cheeseburger, the ketchup and the majo were completely missing, 2 zeros, 1 cola were 2 colas, 1 zero, my chilli tea was only lukewarm. Complained ...... Instead of 3 ketchup and 1 french fries sauce .... 3 french fries sauce and 1 ketchup were there ... ??? I like burgerking, but not that one.

Service could be better, the staff tend to always have a bad day seeing as they often make mistakes on your order (e.g. A missing burger) and then you have to basically argue with the one who had served you moments ago who constantly asks you if you've ordered already (!!??)
